Less than thirty minutes drive from Protaras, Makronissos Beach is a stunning coastal attraction, with plenty to offer. Not far from Makronissos Beach you can visit the archaeological site Makronissos Necropolis from the Hellenistic and Roman periods with 19 tombs carved in the rugged, rocky terrain.
